New Tilt Laser Array

Mectron's newly integrated Tilt Laser Array Plate will accomodate products with extreme cosine angles. Moving the lasers perpendicular to the center line of the part allows for true measurements in both axes. Enter the head and length dimensions into the system's computer touch screen and it automatically calculates the correct degree for the laser array plate.

All existing Q-series systems can be upgraded with the new Tilt Laser Array Plate.
