Magnetic Imagery Sorting System

Magnetic Imagery™ provides a means of creating a signature that is displayed on the touch screen. Each type of part processed will display its own distinct metallurgical characteristics. The MI-9500 stores an acceptable signature and develops a "good" pattern or Shadow Gate™. Parts that do not conform to the acceptable pattern are removed from the system by a reject gate.

Vibratory bowl and packaging system options are included on all quotations to provide a complete turnkey operation.
