Nut Inspection System

The N400 system is a culmination of the N250, N300, and N350 inspection systems.
It includes the laser unit, digital eddy current, and the vision system.

  • Cracked parts
  • Mixed alloy
  • I.D. and O.D. measurements
  • Identification marks
  • Chips or debris in the thru hole

Additional cameras can be added to meet customer needs.

Vibratory bowl and packaging system options are included on all quotations
to provide a complete turnkey operation.
